Discord is not a roster

Faction leaders already have Discord. They do not have a public page Google can find, a roster that is not a pinned message, or applications that are not DMs in the void.

EnsignHQ is the flag. Discord stays the radio. When a recruit lands on ensignhq.com/f/nightwatch they should know who you are, what you play, when you play, and how to apply — in one screen.

That is the product. Not another chat app.
